The location is ideal since whilst situated at the edge of a village in the depth of the countryside, a very short drive will take you to a main line station for sightseeing.The village of Camporgiano with its castle, restaurants and bars is  less than 2 km away.

Calabricchia is set a 2km drive from the village of Camporgiano, which has a couple of restaurants, a small supermarket, small shops, small Monday morning market and a train station for easy exploring. The market town of Castelnuovo is circa 20 minutes in the car - visit the town and enjoy its famous and bustling Thursday morning market.

The property is perfectly placed for walkers with various circular walks just outside the house, and many others further afield.

The medieaval town of Lucca is less than 1 hour away, Barga is just 40 mins, Pisa 1 1/2 hrs and Florence 2 hrs.
