Beamed ceilings and traditional style flooring feature throughout the upstairs, along with solid chestnut windows and doors.

Outside there are two covered terraces spanning two side of the house. These terraces are framed with arches - a perfect place for eating al fresco.

The grounds:
The extensive gated grounds have lots of flat open space - ideal for children's ball games.
The swimming pool is 7M x 12M and is 1.45M ranging to 2M in depth. This is shared with the 2 bed house next door.
There is plenty of room for exploring and one can walk cross country into the village of Pieve Fosciana
