The 200,000 sq metres of parkland/fenced garden is a paradise for children, and with its 700 olive trees, has plenty of places for sleeping in the shade, picknicking, BBQ’ing, pizza making, hide and seek and of course Sunbathing..

The heated swimming pool with Roman Steps is a real luxury, and this area is lit at night for those nocturnal swims…Here there is also a hot tub under a gazebo.

If guests can tear themselves away from the relaxing grounds, then the villa is less than a kilometre from the local village, and further afield, ideally placed for exploring Tuscany.
