A beautifully renovated stone cottage split into two high quality well furnished and equipped apartments offering all modern conveniences but retaining the original features of the property. Each property has a personal and private terrace, both with stunning uninterrupted views of the countryside. There is also a further shared sitting out area shaded by trees for pre dinner drinks. .The pool enhances the quality of these properties further - it is 12M x 6M and has a stepped area and jacuzzi area - very luxurious! The location is perfect - pure countryside yet within walking distance of a couple of restaurants, driving distance of many, and only 30 mins from Lucca! Zelinda has two double bedrooms but we can arrange for an extra bed in one at a cost of €30 p/w, if required. There is also a good quality shower room. The living/kitchen/diner area is all open plan with sofa, fireplace, CD/DVD, SAT TV, dining area, and well equipped kitchen with oven hob fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave... Outside there is a personal eating terrace a further shared terrace and a shared pool with amazing views.. |
