The Villa is finished to a luxurious standard, and boasts antiques, beautiful pictures, and quality fabrics. The immaculate garden immediately outside the house is of a formal ‘Roman’ style, and there is plenty of space for eating al fresco and enjoying the views of the surrounding mountains. The Villa also boasts a large swimming pool from where it is possible to totally relax, listening to the sounds of the river flowing nearby. This elegant retreat is set only 3km from the market town of Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, where there is a good variety of shops, restaurants and bars, and also a famous Thursday morning market. A sense of space, calm and tranquillity pervades this villa .

Please note this Villa can also be hired in conjunction with Farmhouse Bertagni giving accommodation for a further 10 plus 2 and a further pool. This villa is however entirely private from the farmhouse with its own approach road, entrance, garden, grounds and pool

• Outside the entrance to the house is a beautiful gravelled ‘Roman’ style formal garden with ample room for dining al fresco. BBQ.
• This beautiful area leads to the large solar heated swimming pool (12M x 6M), with additional paddling area, and water cascade. The pool is surrounded by spectacular views of the surrounding mountains.

The two properties in this group are part of the same country estate and can be hired together . They do however both have their own approach roads, gardens, and pools.
