This villa has been converted into two light, airy and spacious, apartments accessed from the same landing so perfect for a large group seeking some individual privacy but with room to also be together.

The villa has been finished to a high standard, with good quality furniture, fabrics and fittings.

There are two bedrooms in each apartment (one double and one twin) and two luxurious bathrooms in each too (one with bath and shower over, and one with extra large shower cubicle with seating area) .
Each apartment is individually equipped with an open plan living/kitchen/diner with good quality sofa bed.
Each also has a terrace.

Also, ideal for those larger parties for when you all wish to eat together, there is a further large kitchen diner to accommodate you all, leading from the pool area, and a second living room again perfect for communal living when required. This room leads to ping pong area.

The Villa is surrounded by a flat, enclosed and gated garden, part of which houses the swimming pool of 8M x 4M plus roman steps, with part of the garden at the back equipped with games (far enough away to give peace at the pool!). Also in the garden is access to the laundry room and poolside WC.

A perfect choice for a central yet peaceful location, and ideal for holidays all year round - this is not just a summer retreat!

NB - the owners live on site but they have an independent entrance, parking etc. They do not use gardens or pool. They will fully respect your privacy but will be on hand if you need help with anything.

The property is close to the historic centre of the mediaeval walled City of Lucca.

Exploring by bicycle is a favourite in Lucca .......

There are restaurants and bars within a shorter walk too.....

The train station of Lucca regularly serves Florence, Pisa, and the seaside direct and there is also access to Siena and Montecatini etc with one change.

Just a 50min drive from Florence, half hour from Montecatini, half hour from Pisa, 20 mins from the beach, 90 mins from Siena, 40 mins from the mountainous Garfagnana and the mediaeval town of Barga this is an ideal location fo those that wish to explore with ease.

But, with so much to do in the beautiful walled city of Lucca, this is also an ideal spot for a weekend away.........Lucca, has regular markets, antiques markets, outdoor concerts, designer shopping, the wall for cycling, relaxing, children's parks, plenty of restaurants and bars, beautiful Piazzas.....

For those days when a total rest is required, just relax by the pool.........
