The property offers breathtaking views southwards across the city plain as far as Florence, where the Duomo, on a clear day, is visible in the distance.

This spacious five bedroom villa, dating back to the late 18th century, is built on three levels, and has recently been restored but retains many original features including antique furnishings, artwork and numerous family heirlooms. Fine old beams and rafters, original polished parquet floors, terracotta tiled floors, French arched windows, and vaulted ceilings are all part of the charm as are the two hand painted bedrooms which date back to 1800's.

The five bedrooms are all beautifully furnished, and the bathrooms are spacious, tasteful and pristine. With 3 bedrooms on one floor and 2 on another, this villa is perfect for two families, giving each an element of privacy.
The living area is spacious, consisting of living/dining room, spacious kitchen/diner, and study all of which are light, airy and very well furnished

The large terrace overlooking the swimming pool and gardens is accessible from the living room and study via French windows and offers a wonderful spot for enjoying the vista while sipping pre dinner drinks.....

The property is set in circa 4 hectares , with olive trees, vineyard and old oak woods. Guests have at their disposal large green spaces and a football field which is let to grass.

Fantastically located for exploring should one be able to tear oneself away from the Villa.....

The owner, his wife, and grown up son live next door and are on hand to help with anything required. They have their own gardens and full privacy is respected.

PLEASE NOTE THE PRICE DETAILED FOR THIS PROPERTY IS THE WEEKLY PRICE FOR A 2 WEEK STAY.There is a discount for a stay of three weeks and a supplement for staying one week only - please ask for prices. After the end of March, the owner will consider bookings of one week.
Initial, twice weekly and final clean are included in the price.
Welcome dinner included if required for bookings of two weeks or more.
Please note a security deposit of E500 is required.
Local chiefs are available to prepare, right in the kitchen of the Villa, exquisite Tuscan cooking dinners.
Tuscan Cooking Classes can be arranged at the Villa on request.
