Poggio is a small mountain village situated approximately 50 mins North Of Lucca, and 8km from the local market town of Castelnuovo, with its various bars & restaurants, and well-known Thursday morning market.
Poggio itself has a bar/grocer shop and a train station perfect for exploring those larger towns in air conditioned comfort.

The property is situated in its own extensive grounds/orchards. The views from the house are absolutely beautiful, with the garden enjoying uninterrupted views over the Serchio Valley, which itself is nestled between the Apennine, and Apuane mountain ranges.

A perfect place for walking, fishing or just enjoying the countryside.
