Vallecchia, with its spectacular views is a beautiful 3.5 hectare site of vineyard, olive trees, fruit trees and open grassed areas, Which is situated on a stone cottage, split into two spacious apartments.

Daniele has 3 bedrooms which can either be 3 doubles or 3 twins, an open plan living / dining / kitchen area with fireplace, and 2 shower rooms. The sleeping areas are designed to give privacy for 2 groups if required.
The apartment has its own independent entrance, courtyard for eating al fresco, BBQ. (NB outdoor furniture renewed since photos taken)
The gardens are extensive, and there is a shared pool - 12 M x 5 M with internal steps Which benefits from beautiful views of the mountainous countryside. Indeed, wonderful views abound at all parts of the grounds.
There are 2 open-field type areas ideal for picnicking or ball games and there is plenty of room to explore / find a quiet spot for reading.
We can arrange for a personal chef at this property for those evenings when driving does not appeal (notice required). We can also arrange for meals from local restaurant to be brought up

Please note there is also a downstairs apartment sleeping 6 plus 2, giving versatility for large groups - the downstairs eating area is large enough for a big group to all dine together

- Substantial grounds, and guests welcome to pick cherries, plums, figs, apples, pears, sharon fruit, and nuts whenever in season.
