The apartment itself is ideal for two, with one large bedroom and a good sized kitchen / diner / living area and shower room. The interior is very clean and fairly spacious for a one bedroom property. It is also well equipped although the decor could probably be described as a bit 'dated'. With such a wonderful location then this may not be an issue ...........< br /> Please note, that architect Renzo Loretta and the owners of the apartment are currently living in the apartment above, although full privacy is respected and they do not use the pool or garden. Loretta has it's own independent entrance

The village is very pretty and there are wonderful views at every turn.
There is a station within a 5 minute drive for easy exploring of the local area, and there is also plenty of opportunity for walking.
The Village of Camporgiano with its still Inhabited Castle, Monday Morning Market and bars / restaurants, small supermarket and train station is only 2km drive.
Around 20 mins by car is the local market town of Castelnuovo.
Casatico is a perfectly located for exploring the village Garfagnana.
