This property is made up of two detached holiday houses with pool - Casa Matilde and Casa Lara. The two houses have their own entrances, and each house has its own garden for dining al fresco and relaxing in the sun or shade, enjoying the peace and amazing views. An ideal solution for two families that wish to holiday together, but also wish to have some privacy from each other.

From the pool the vista is stunning...

 

Casa Matilde :

  • On the ground floor there is a hallway leading to three bedrooms, two singles and a double
  • Also at the end of the hallway there is showerroom
  • Stairs lead from this hallway to the first floor and a spacious sitting-dining room. It has a magnificent window with a beautiful view. The sitting room has a fireplace, sofa and large table
  • A kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, and stove leads from the sitting-dining area
  • An independent entrance on the ground floor leads from the lovely loggia into a second kitchen area ideal for preparing food for dining al fresco. There is also a washing machine here. There is also a BBQ in the garden


Casa Lara :
  • On the ground floor a hall leads to an open plan living/kitchen diner with large table and chairs, and SAT TV, DVD and CD player.  On this floor there is also a shower room with w.c., shower and wash basin
  • Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a double and twin. A small balcony has a wonderful view of the countryside
  • The garden is well furnished with a table and chairs under a private pergola and a BBQ

N.B. The gardens are totally fenced,  so ideal for children, and the pool is also fenced and gated for safety. The property is and reached through a narrow private unmade road passable in an ordinary car (200 metres)

 NOTE- price is cost of hiring BOTH houses together (i.e. high season £600 each) . Please ask re costs for hiring separately either with shared or private use of pool
