This spacious stone farmhouse and barn has been restored to a very high standard, with all modern conveniences, such as a well equipped designer kitchen; beautiful shower rooms and plasma screen wall mounted television, yet it retains its olde world charm, with traditional flooring and windows; chestnut beamed ceilings, and beautiful fireplace.

The house whilst very traditional has large windows creating a sense of light and airiness not always found in older style properties and it also has the benefit of a large terace on the first floor as well as a further ground floor terrace both of which overlook the garden and pool.

There is a good sense of privacy for larger groups, with the upstairs area ‘sub-divided’ into two separate sleeping zones – one with a double room and single room sharing a bathroom , and the second having a double and small twin room sharing a bathroom.
There is a further double bedroom with en suite shower room too.

• Leading from the living room is a hallway from which one enters the utility room with washing machine and storage rooms, along with a ground floor bathroom, with WC, bidet, and shower cubicle.
• On the first floor there is a beautiful double bedroom with en suite shower room, and with door leading to upstairs terrace which spans the the length of the house and which has plenty of space for sunbathing, reading and relaxing with a view over the garden.
• Leading down the hallway, there are two night ‘zones’ on either side of the house. One contains a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a shower room, whilst the other contains a double bedroom, small twin bedroom and shower room.
• Each bedroom has good level of modern storage in the form of built in wardrobes, cleverly mixed with traditional style beds, lighting and other bedroom furniture.
• Most bedrooms are double aspect.
• There is a single chair bed which can be used for an extra person.

Outside:

• Outside there are two large terraces, at the front of the house, a further area at the back with a shaded area for when the sun becomes too much!
• There is a brand new private pool of 10.7M x 5M set in the flat gardened zone of the grounds.
• For al fresco dining there is a traditional style outdoor wood burning oven and BBQ.
