There is a  also a beautiful ‘retro feel’ bathroom with romantic claw foot bath and separate shower, a further bathroom with WC only, and a designer kitchen… The open dining area has two arched doors leading to the al fresco dining area and pool…  luxury...

This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom villa  sleeps 6 in comfort, with 2 double bedrooms and one twin, which can also be converted to a double if required…It is also a perfect romantic house for two!

Most windows have stunning views with the mountains as a backdrop and many overlook the eating terrace, and  private pool of 8M x 4M ….

There is even a restaurant within walking distance….

Ground floor:
Enter property into living room with comfy seating for 4, plus other chairs, flat screen TV, DVD, CD
Leading through to large kitchen/dining area with arches overlooking the pool with the mountains beyond. Two doors leading out to garden area.
The designer marble topped  kitchen has oven, 5 ring hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher washing machine  and plenty of space for dining.

First floor:
Original tiled flooring and landing, with door opening onto  a terrace leading down to garden and pool area.

Airy master bedroom with windows overlooking pool and double doors leading to tiny balcony. Also leads out via hallway to large terrace.
Enormous luxury romantic bathroom with claw foot bath, oversized shower cubicle and traditional style sink and WC – overlooking garden.

Second floor:
Double bedroom – again double aspect with good views

All bedrooms have internal shutters to facilitate those long lie ins, or siestas…

A security deposit of £250 is required for bookings of up to 2 weeks and £100 per extra week booked. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 15 days of departure date if no deductions for damages are due.

From Villa Vico  you can enjoy the city of Lucca (50 minutes) , the Summer festivals, the Lima river, skiing at Abetone mountain ski resort (40 mins) , the Barga jazz festival (45 mins), thermal treatments at the wellness facilities in Bagni di Lucca (20 mins)| biking, walking and exploring this beautiful corner of Northern Tuscany or a visit to the medieval cities of Lucca, and Florence and of course a trip to Pisa. The beach at Viareggio  on the Versilian coast is a 1hr 20 minute drive. The town of Bagni di Lucca offers a weekly outdoor market, many great restaurants and supermarkets for your shopping.
Closer to home, why not stroll to the local restaurant for those evenings when driving or cooking does not appeal – just 3 minutes away by foot….
