We spent 2 wonderful, relaxing weeks in the house and very large garden. The two hosts welcomed us very warmly and said goodbye. The house is very well equipped and the highlight is the very large and always clean pool. Excursions to Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the surrounding area brought variety. All in all, a really nice place!

The large property invites you to stay. Our dog was able to enjoy the freedom due to the fencing. The pool was cleaned discreetly every morning, and loungers were provided. Adjacent small towns were easily accessible and attractive for strolling. As already mentioned, the landlord family was always very concerned about our well-being. Thank you for seven wonderful days.

what can we say, unforgettable stay in this splendid residence where the owners have revealed a unique kindness and availability right from the reception. The house is located in a well-kept and suggestive 4-hectare park. Olive trees, fruit trees and chestnuts frame the splendid and large swimming pool that is cleaned every morning by Mr. Suffredini who enters the property in a very discreet way from a private entrance. There are two large barbecue stations where you can use the wood available to make unforgettable grills and then eat by the pool if you want. There is also a wood-burning oven connected to the house where it is possible to cook pizzas. Near the pool a ping pong table becomes the favorite pastime for children and not only. We found the house spotless and in perfect order. The measure of the accuracy with which Ms Suffredini guarantees hygiene and cleanliness even of the accessories is provided by the fact that, before the arrival of the guests, the tents are also changed. The kitchen is very functional with all the necessary appliances. The powerful wifi allowed us to stream programs with the Chromecast brought from home. The splendid view of the Apuan Alps and Lake Pontecosi completes this structure which we consider ideal for those who want to completely disconnect from the stress of the city and are looking for tranquility and privacy. The village of Castelnuovo di Garfagnana can be reached in a few minutes while other destinations we recommend are the Borgo di San Romano with its historic Fortress, Barga and the Casa del Pascoli perfectly preserved as well as the great poet, the spectacular wind cave that it is possible to visit both in summer and in winter as it maintains an internal temperature of about 10 ° and the Devil's Bridge in all seasons. If you have more time, the Garfagnana offers many other destinations that are worth a visit. On the day of departure the owners greeted us by giving us honey of their production and blueberry jam grown in the area… .. UNIQUE! Thanks again…

The house and the huge, hilly garden gave us everything we needed. The large and deep swimming pool is ideal for bathing fun with older children. Our dog was able to move freely on the fenced area. Car is required. The access to the property is narrow, stony and in parts steep. + great view of the valley and the surrounding mountains + friendly, caring landlords + places worth seeing in the area (cities, villages, historic bridges and buildings) + restaurants, grocery stores, cafes easily accessible by car + no mass tourism + hikes in the area Garden gate possible

The location of it's house is beautiful, the pool large and clean. On the huge property, our dog also had a lot of exercise and we spent 10 very nice days. The landlords were very friendly and accommodating.
