We had a really great time at the house. It offers absolutely everything you need for a relaxing holiday, and you can always find a lovely spot around the house - in the sun or shade - at any time of day. The private pool is fantastic, there's a grill, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and a large fridge with freezer. Giovanna always responded quickly to our questions, helped us, and gave us great tips.
We especially loved Osteria Monica e Silvano down in the
village, but the view from the rooftop terrace at Lino's, with a
good pizza, is also not to be missed. All in all, we were
completely satisfied and can wholeheartedly recommend this
accommodation.

The house and the view are magnificent. It was pleasantly quiet.
A dream place to relax. The people down in the village are all very
nice and friendly.

The location of this property is absolutely amazing. From
opening the windows to the views over to the Apuan Alps first thing
in the morning to watching the sun go down below the mountains in
the evening, we enjoyed every day we spent here. It wasn't only the
view. We loved getting our top-up provisions from the greengrocer
and the general shop/bar in the village. We enjoyed having a drink
or gelatos at the bar. We walked around the village and the hills
exploring the historic bridge on the river. We almost felt a part
of this little community by the end of the week. We also took day
trips to Lucca, into the mountains and to the coast. The house is
clean and well equipped and the pool was a good size for our
family.

We had a very nice vacation. The holiday home was clean and the
location is very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The view
from the terraces was fantastic. The small town is easy to reach on
foot and you can get everything you need for your daily needs from
very friendly people. For us, however, the kitchen equipment was
limiting; if you really want to cook, you quickly reach your
limits. In addition, the garden table is very wobbly, as are the
garden loungers.

Rented this villa for a week in July. Very nice accommodation and great views. The village is located a good distance up in the mountains so it is about 30 minutes to the shop.
