Set high in the hills in 5 hectares of private land just a few minutes from Barga, this spacious and characterful property offers beautiful views, generous living space, and excellent outdoor areas designed for relaxed group stays. There is a gorgeous covered outdoor eating/bar area with hotplate, fridge, icemaker, blue tooth speakers and lighting. There is also a BBQ and fully functional pizza oven. The owners have prepared two different 'view points' - one with a table and chairs, to enjoy the sunrise with a coffee, and the covered 'sundowner' area with relaxing garden furniture and lighting, overlooking Barga. This is a spectacular spot to enjoy the sunset and drinks. There is a further relaxing area directly outside the house.

The house also has its own spring water to drink!

Then, there is the sunbathing area with plenty of quality 'extra size' sunbeds, umbrellas, natural shade, a further covered outdoor lounging area, and a good size pool - 9.75M x 4.75M. The pool is out of ground.

Originally run as a B&B, the house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends travelling together.
