Lovely property, exactly as described, with great outdoor space.
Very nice pool, though a little chilly in late September! Our host,
Francesco, was very helpful and quick to respond - excellent
communication before and during our stay.

We enjoyed the stay a lot. The house is very nice and clean. It
is equipped with everything you need. The pool ist great and
perfect for relxing. The view from the garden ist really nice. The
owner of the house is very helpful and discreet. There was a
welcome box with all the local food that you need for a fist meal.

This has to have been one of the most wonderful houses we have
stayed in. The house was beautiful in so many ways, finished to a 5
star standard, traditional furnishings, everything we could ever
need or wish for. It was comfortable for all of us. The pool was
simply sumptuous, perfect size, superbly clean and well appointed.
I couldn't be more positive. We are a family of 4 with 2 active
boys, the owner helped us to organise an amazing bike ride, and
offered so much more too. We'll be back for some of the other
offerings sometime soon. The house could easily accommodate more
people and we considered how easy it would be to have other people
with us. The owner was immensely helpful at all stages. We loved
this house and were very sad to leave it. Can't wait until we go
back again.

We had a lovely week and the house, garden and swimming pool
were absolutely perfect. We would like to go back again.

When we arrived at the house, we were welcomed by Francesco and
his mother. In the house was a wooden box filled with all kinds of
Italian foods such as pasta, olive oil, etc. Tour of the house and
explanation of the equipment. I have rarely seen a house with so
many light switches and sockets. You can turn the light on and off
at any point in the house and it's all right. Have the idea that
francesco is an electrician who has put his whole heart and soul
into the electrical system..impressive. a lot of work has been put
into the house and it shows. From tiling to stucco painting paving
pool. An illuminated walkway to the swimming pool.. could go on for
a while. A big fat enough for the end result. Location is great. 20
minutes from Lucca. 3 quarters of an hour from pisa. An hour and a
half from florence. And then quickly back to the house to have a
barbecue and dive into the pool.

We can fully recommend this accommodation. This home is equipped
with everything and much more. The cleanliness was top.
But the best thing was the care of the landlord on site. When we
arrived we had chilled milk and butter drinks, as well as homemade
jam and homemade bread in the kitchen. The Tuscan bottle of wine
was not missing either. The landlord lived somewhere else and
always asked us if he could come over to clean the pool.
Unfortunately, the roof suffered a lot from a storm a week before
our arrival. He still managed to fix it. Nevertheless, he had 2
appointments with the insurance company on site, which he always
coordinated with us. Communication via WhatsApp went smoothly. The
very best was the wine tasting he organized in a wine bar where you
only meet locals. We are very grateful for this experience from a
landlord who cared about his guests and treated them so
courteously. We would 100% choose this property again. Have a nice
holiday everyone :-)

We, 2 family friends, spent our holidays from August 14th to August 27th, 2021 in the beautiful house of Patrizia. We were warmly welcomed by her and Emilio. Everything was shown and explained to us. Patrizia provided us with flowers and a basket with lots of goodies. It was fantastic. We have never seen anything like it before. Everything else was there that you need to start your vacation relaxed. The house has a very special charm and has been lovingly prepared. We immediately felt at home. The equipment left nothing to be desired for us. We liked to use all the seats (preferably the place directly opposite the house entrance) and also loved the hammock. We loved the fantastic pool. We spent a lot of fun hours there. The surroundings also delighted us every day. It is quiet and idyllic on the property, but you can still do some shopping and go on nice excursions quickly. Patricia and her sons were there for us during the entire stay and did everything to make us feel comfortable. Emilio explained and showed us how to use the wood stove and we had a lot of fun baking pizza. That was a great experience too. You always felt the warmth. A very warm thank you for everything. We award all the stars that are possible.

Nice welcome from the owner Patrizia, a very kind and attentive lady. The house very clean and well equipped. Excellent wifi (even in the garden!). The property is very well situated with a wonderful view, a beautiful swimming pool and a very large piece of land. There is also an excellent wood oven and a grill for a barbecue. In summary, I can only say that this stay was really great. 100% recommendable
