We spent 8 wonderful days in this accommodation. The location is perfect for nature lovers: mountains, rivers and a fantastic area right on the doorstep. The sea is just over an hour away via beautiful mountain roads. Around the house there is a lovely garden with short but wonderful walking paths. Ideal for larger groups and families.
The house accommodates 8 people. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, downstairs a separate bedroom with bathroom. This was perfect for us as my parents could comfortably use everything on the ground floor barrier-free.
The pool, wood-burning stove and barbecue area complete the experience. You immediately feel at home - especially thanks to the incredibly kind and attentive owner, Ilario. He gave us great excursion tips and even supplied us with fresh vegetables from his garden. You can really see how much love and passion he puts into the house and garden. We are incredibly grateful for this wonderful encounter with such a lovely person.
Next door, separated by a fence, there is a second house with a pool for another 8 people. However, both houses are far enough apart to guarantee absolute privacy. We were lucky that the neighbouring house was empty during our stay. But for a trip with a larger group it would be perfect.
Regarding the location: during the day you can faintly hear the road and the life of the nearby town. This only shows how well connected the property is - and in the evenings it becomes wonderfully peaceful.

A wonderful holiday in a great house with a huge plot of land
and a fantastic pool. The owner was super nice, helpful and
accommodating. Both children and adults had a great time. Shopping
options nearby are limited, but once you get your bearings you can
find everything you need."

Such a beautiful property in a stunning location. Ilario gave us
a warm welcome upon arrival and made sure we had all the
information we would need for our stay. We had a super week as a
family of 5 adults, enjoying the views whilst having an apperitivo
under the veranda or swimming in the fantastic pool. The villa is
well equipped and very clean! We really couldn't have asked for
more. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa, and hope that

This is a lovely house with beautiful surroundings, the view is
spectacular !!!
The house is well equipped with all you need in the kitchen and we
used the bbq outside serveral times.
The pool is also very nice and fresh. We were 2 families, 8
persons and we loved it.

It is a very nice house with a pool and garden that is beautifully landscaped and illuminated in the evening. It is on the mountain, if you want to go to the sea you have to drive about an hour, if you want to hike around the mountains you are in good hands here. There are plenty of good and cheap food options.
It was a wonderful holiday, far from the humid heat, from the chaos, surrounded by greenery with every comfort available. The swimming pool, for exclusive use, crowned our fun stay
