My wife & I stayed at Pian Di Luca for 4 nights but wish it
could have been longer. We were on a longer trip so needed
somewhere quiet & comfortable to relax & rejuvenate. Pian
Di Luca was perfect for our needs. what we wanted. The cottage was
clean, comfortable & had everything we needed. The outdoor
space and in particular the pool with a view was spectacular. We
would definitely return next time we are in the area.

We hardly took any photos. The pictures of the object description could not keep up with reality. It was just great. In two years we have already booked again.

The house is located in the mountains above Castelnuevo, fantastic view and very quiet. The plot is much larger than it looks in the pictures, plenty of space to play football. The pool is fantastic, large and with great views.

We spent a really great week in Pian Di Luca. We were welcomed with 6 bottles of wine from the very friendly owner. The pictures on the Internet are not deceiving, it is just wonderful. The view, the pool and the large garden are wonderful. We made extensive use of the pizza oven and grill. Small note, there is no dishwasher, but it didn't bother us at all. There were enough utensils for the kitchen and everything was very clean. There were also detergents, rags, sponges, detergents, garbage bags, tea towels, spices, etc. The contact through the agency was very friendly and helpful (extra information material!). There is a bigger house next door, which is also rented out. Since both plots are very large, that doesn't bother at all. You were all to yourself on the property. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a spectacular location, this is the right place for you. Children can let off steam in the garden and in the pool, while parents relax. We can recommend a trip to Pisa, a beautiful city. We would love to come back, thank you for everything !!

The holiday home is exactly like in the pictures. The view at the pool is fantastic. The house has a large fenced area on which the children and the dog felt very comfortable. It's secluded in a tiny place and you can enjoy the peace and quiet. Since it is relatively high, the summer nights are pleasantly cool and mosquitos hardly bother you. In the area there are many opportunities for walking and hiking, as well as many small villages as you would imagine in Tuscany. There is a pizza oven that you should definitely try. The contact with the owners and the agency went smoothly and was very friendly. We would definitely go again.

We spent a week in early June in the beautiful house. The pictures give a good overview, but when you stand there yourself it's just amazing. Everything in the house is clean and very well equipped. The kitchen really has all the utensils you need. We spent the evenings in front of the fireplace - not only because of the romance, it was still quite cool in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay here. The contact via Lorraine from the agency to the landlords Paolo and Andrea was uncomplicated and nice, thank you!
