Our stay
in Borsigliana was fantastic. The completely renovated, modern
holiday home, furnished with great attention to detail, has
everything you need for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation (a
modern kitchen equipped with everything you could wish for, a cozy
living room, a fireplace, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a great
outdoor area with a plunge pool for cooling off, a lovely terrace
for relaxing and unwinding, and breathtaking views of the
surrounding mountains). There's even a small herb garden with
rosemary, mint, sage, oregano, etc. Our hosts, Marta and Roberto,
were very welcoming, always available, and offered many great
recommendations for activities and restaurant tips. Communication
via WhatsApp or in person was flawless. The house is located in a
very rural setting; you only hear the surrounding woods, church
bells, and the occasional dog or tractor. The road leading to the
holiday home is relatively narrow but was suitable for our VW
Touran. The nearest supermarket is about a 10-minute drive away. We
were there as a family with two children and a dog and had a
wonderful time. We wish Marta and Roberto all the best for the
future and much success with their future endeavors. Should our
travels take us to Tuscany again, we would love to come back!
