We had wonderful days in Bella Italia. The house has everything
you need for everyday life, the crackling fireplace in the cool
evening is absolutely cozy (wood is available), and the pool is in
a fantastic setting, the property is extremely well maintained The
property is located on a side road with little traffic between
Piazza al Serchio and Casciana, from Casciana itself you have a
wonderful view over the valley. Lucca, Pisa, Barga, Cinque Terre
and the surrounding small towns are all easy to reach and worth
seeing, but you should allow more time for the journey because of
the narrow, winding mountain roads, which are an experience in
themselves in places... We liked it But it was less of a bother, we
had a super relaxed, wonderful holiday.

Very nice, quiet, great pool, secluded but you could reach
everything by car in a few minutes.
It is worth visiting Florence Lucca Pisa.

Family vacation among us If you love it secluded and exclusive, this is the place for you! The property is situated on a mountain slope, on a side road with little traffic, about a kilometer from the nearest village of Casciana. One is dependent on a car and the location in the valley is not so well suited for daily city trips. Otherwise no neighbors, nobody, only the owner Paolo, who takes care of the property and the pool until 7 in the morning. But you don't get that. He can be reached at any time if there is a problem (e.g. power failure due to a storm). The equipment is a bit old, but everything is of high quality (only older). Anytime again, it was a great holiday.

We spent two weeks of relaxation in this property surrounded by greenery. Four adults and du
and dogs. The house lived up to our expectations. Fenced property essential to leave animals or children free, well-kept garden and swimming pool. Definitely recommend it to those who love country life and silence. The house equipped with the necessary. Overall some improvement would make it a great place.

This vacation home exceeded all of our expectations! It's a small house on a huge lot. It is in an absolutely secluded location, so that you can enjoy your stay in peace. The house is typically Tuscan rustic and has everything you need for everyday life. The property is a dream and offers a wonderful view of the Apuan Alps! The pool is fantastic and can be used by four because of its size! Our dog also felt at home straight away. The property is closed all around so that our Luna could enjoy all freedom. The landlord is super discreet, he comes between 6 and 7 in the morning to clean the pool! But you don't notice anything about it! Otherwise you are completely to yourself. The mountains are easy to get to from the house, but visiting the beach by car is no problem either. We really enjoyed our stay and can absolutely recommend this property!
