This villa, location, and host are all SUBLIME. Simonetta
is kind, accommodating, and in constant contact for any of your
needs. Their home is beautiful, it is clean, and the amenities are
over the top. Upon arriving, there were pastries for us to enjoy.
Over the next week, we were given the opportunity to sample local
products, even some that they made themselves. We had coffee
available to us every morning too. The rooms and space was exactly
as described. The pictures of the property do not do it justice.
This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever been on
vacation. There were 10 of us for the stay and everyone had
everything they wanted and needed. There are grocery stores and
pharmacies nearby. It is a quiet area with zero tourists. The local
restaurants were delicious and fresh. The owners did a great job of
making us aware of locally sourced restaurants too! I would highly
recommend the chef service offered at the house. The menu is
impeccable and the chef is so kind and accommodating. We did dinner
two nights at the house and it was definitely a highlight.
Everything is paired nicely with wine too! The property is about 4
hours from Milan, 2+ from Florence, and other locations. I would
stay at this place over and over again. I hope we can get back
soon. Thank you to the owners, the property managers, the chef, and
everyone who made our stay a dream.

Such nice and lovely accommodation with a fantastic pool and
view. The owners: Raffaello, Simonetta and her father are
absolutely wonderful and so helpful. So nice and concerned that we
should have a good time. They made the whole stay better! I can

The stay was very pleasant. There were 11 of us in the house.
The house is very spacious and comfortably furnished. We were given
small gifts almost every day; Bread, wine cakes, coffee.... The
owners were very attentive and friendly. We will be happy to visit
the villa again.

Beautiful Great villa Very nice hosts. Warm welcome and very generous welcome gift. Everything very clean. Very nicely furnished. Six bedrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens, six bathrooms, all great for family trips. We were there with 12 adults and 2 small children & it was absolutely wonderful! Many thanks!

We just had a one week stay here and had a fabulous stay! The villa is very spacious with more than enough room for my husband and me on the upper level and our 4 adult children plus 2 more family guests for a couple of nights.
Everything was provided so we didn't need to purchase anything other than food for the week. Simonetta and her dad Antonio were awesome and spoiled us all week! We arrived to a fully stocked fridge full of beverages and pizza and a dessert. When I told Antonio I didn't drink coffee, the next day I found my favourite tea. He picked fresh berries off of their farm and dropped them off and another day we had fresh hazelnuts delivered.
Whenever we had a question, Simonetta answered us right away. She also gave suggestions on fun things to do in town. On our final day, my son-in-law needed to find engine coolant and because it was a Saturday the gas stations were closed. He ran into Antonio in town and he took him to see his mechanic who ensured he got him what he needed. On our final night Simonetta made us a delicious lasagna and tiramisu complete with limoncello and more red wine to complete our wonderful vacation.
These personal touches will never be forgotten by this wonderful
family who owns this villa. They live at the villa but you never
see them except for Antonio who comes first thing in the morning to
clean the pool. The drive to get to the property was full of
beautiful scenery & mountainous, winding roads. So much beauty
all around us. The nearby medieval villages were nice to explore
too one was within walking distance. We did day trips to Cinque
Terre and Florence as well as Forte De Mari with its beautiful
beaches. We also enjoyed having some local gelato from Lago
Gramazzol, a beautiful lake a 10 min drive away. One of our
highlights was the night we hired Chef Alessio to cook for us! What
an incredible meal and experience. Even his table setting was
beautiful. What a lovely eve we had dining al Fresco under the
Tuscan hillside. Incredible stay and such special moments enjoyed
by our family. Will be remembered forever.

We enjoyed our holiday at Nicciano very much: the magnificent view, the carefully maintained pool, the professional table football, the table tennis table with rackets, the modern rooms. No wishes remained unfulfilled. But especially praiseworthy are the helpful, friendly and extremely generous hosts, who spoiled us with delicacies from the area.

An absolutely fantastic holiday experience in an extremely nice and cozy house. The pool is superbly located in relation to the house, especially when you have small children, and it is a perfect size. The view is breathtaking and the fact that the house is located in the mountains means that the temperature is pleasant. Everyone in the host family is extremely hospitable, friendly and generous. A truly unique experience for both children, teenagers and adults.

Our stay at Piazza al Serchio was wonderful. My husband and I brought our 3 children and their families to celebrate our upcoming 50th anniversary. In total we were 8 children, ranging in age from 3 to 16, and 8 adults Simonetta, Raffaello, and her father could not have been more accomodating They treated us to cake and some pizza upon arrival plus wine. When the local pizzeria could not accomodate 16 on a Sunday, they ordered for us and her father drove us 3 villages away to pick it up. They booked us a fabulous family meal with the unforgettable Roberto Divini The area, Gargagnana, is a little bit of mountainous heaven and a beautiful respite after touring Rome. The countryside, quaint villages and mountain lake are so memorable. Pisa and Lucca are close by plus we got to spend a day in the Cinque Terra. The villa was very inviting. The children and family loved the pool area and large terrace for family meals..This was a great place for a Tuscan vacation.

Simply exceptional! A luxurious villa with an infinity pool overlooking an exceptional view. Very welcoming owner. 2 bottles of prosecco and pizza on arrival. Fresh bread the next day. Wine and coffee pods at the end of the stay. Thank you so much !! The bedrooms are very large with en-suite bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Ping pong table. A delicious meal with a chef on the property. Villa located 1h30 from the five lands, 1h from Lucca and Massa, in a magnificent semi-mountainous region. We even went canyoning !! We highly recommend !!

We had the most wonderful holiday in the house. It worked really well to have a chef in charge of the cooking and the food was great! The host couple were so sweet and helpful and the house was so lovely and they get our best recommendations!

One thing is to find a beautiful home. Another thing is to find as well welcoming hosts who literally have hospitality in their DNA. We couldn't have asked for more. Whenever we needed recommendations or advice of what to do and where to go, the Host within seconds would get back to us. The house is modern, pristine and incredibly spacious. Perfect for children and pets to run around in the garden feeling safe that there is a fence all around. I could go on and on, but to put it in simple terms, just book and I can assure you that you will never want to leave. We will definitely return.

The villa and the area around was amazing, properly maintained, nice and very clean rooms and 2 well-furnished kitchens, much appreciated. Raffaello and Simonetta are very hospitable, offered countless amenities like wine, delicious local sausages and cooked Lasagne for all of us. We could simply text them via WhatsApp, they were very helpful booking tables for dinner and answered all our questions quickly. Everyone liked the house and especially the view. We would definitely go there again and can recommend this beautiful place to you. Thanks to Raffaello and Simonetta. See you soon
